Refund
1.Without Quality Issues HK-Saturday will not apply to any refund process and Refunds are normally accepted within 30 days from the date of the parcel delivered.
2.we will no responsible for return are coursed by the customer itself such as buy parts mistakenly,Un-proper operation when reserving the item or not following the usage guide when put the item in production line.
3.We will do the refund if the cargo are damaged by our warehouse packages, but will not responsible for the damage or extra charge by extreme weather, post office , customs clearance, local protest.
Return
1.Return requests should be submitted within 30 days from the date of the parcel being delivered, please send the HK - Saturday order number, pictures of products and labels, and detailed problem descriptions.RMA number (Return Material Authorization number). This number should be clearly visible on all shipping documents. Please note that returned goods cannot be accepted without an official RMA number.
2.When a customer requests a return due to 'non-original/fake/quality problems', a valid quality report from a third-party authoritative organization recognized by our company is required for the return and exchange.
3.Return Freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments.
4. The return should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
The amount of compensation is limited to the price of the defective products.
